PHILADELPHIA - PennZone -- Feldman Shepherd is pleased to announce that partner Jason A. Daria was installed on June 12, 2025, as President of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA) for the 2025 through 2026 term, which begins on July 1. He is the sixth partner at Feldman Shepherd to serve as PTLA president.

Speaking at an installation luncheon to about 200 people, Daria, in addition to thanking his family, friends, PTLA members and professional colleagues, celebrated decades of achievements by past PTLA leaders that have protected the interests of the injured. He vowed to "keep PTLA the force that they created." He cited the retention of Pennsylvania Supreme Court justices with a record of rendering fair decisions, diversity initiatives, and strengthening PTLA's relationship with the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice on matters mutually beneficial to our clients' interests as some of his top priorities.

Daria also emphasized the importance of fighting off attacks on lawyers, judges and the courts. "One of our missions is to uphold the honor and dignity of this profession," he said.

Founded in 1959, PTLA is comprised of civil and criminal litigation attorneys and is the oldest trial lawyer organization in Pennsylvania. Its members are dedicated to the preservation of the American legal system and the protection of the evolution of the common law through the efforts of individual lawyers who are pledged to achieving common goals.

Daria previously served as PTLA's President Elect, Vice President, Secretary and Assistant Secretary and was a member of the Board of Directors for several years before becoming an officer.
