Pichini and Daniel S. Weinstock. Only 5 percent of lawyers from across the United States were selected for inclusion in this 32nd Edition of Best Lawyers in America.

The Feldman Shepherd attorneys were recognized for their work on behalf of plaintiffs in mass tort litigation / class actions, personal injury litigation, medical malpractice law, and product liability litigation.

In addition, attorneys Bethany R. Nikitenko and Reginald L. Streater were recognized as 2026 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America. Nikitenko was recognized for her work in plaintiffs' personal injury litigation and Streater was recognized for his work in plaintiffs' personal injury litigation and plaintiffs' medical malpractice law.
