The free Pennsylvania martial arts event will bring together practitioners of all styles and experience levels for a day of training, education, and community at Chichester High School.

BOOTHWYN, Pa. - PennZone -- The fourth annual Free Training Day Mid-Atlantic is returning, bringing together martial artists, instructors, and enthusiasts from across the region for a one-of-a-kind event built on connection, learning, and shared passion.
