Richard Graham brings more than 30 years of experience to the family-owned managed service provider.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. - PennZone -- ET&T, an IT service provider based in the Lehigh Valley, has hired Richard Graham as senior technical voice engineer. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Graham will support ET&T's continued efforts to deliver fast, reliable technology support across Eastern Pennsylvania, helping businesses maintain seamless communications and operations.

As Senior Technical Voice Engineer, Graham is responsible for the successful delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of Mitel MiVB-based enterprise communication systems. In this role, he will set up, maintain and troubleshoot platforms like MiCC and MiCollab, manage complex phone connections, and oversee projects from start to finish. As a key part of the team, Graham will help improve processes, mentor other engineers and contribute to ET&T's collaborative, customer-focused culture.

Prior to joining ET&T, Graham was a senior Mitel engineer at Heartland Business Systems, where he oversaw project implementation, technical training and service and sales engineering. Throughout his more than 30-year career, Graham has held roles as a project manager, field technician and project team lead, which are experiences he brings to ET&T. Graham earned a Bachelor of Science in network management from DeVry University.
