York Entrepreneur Launches AI Training to Help Small Businesses Navigate the AI Revolution

York, PA
— As artificial intelligence continues to transform how businesses operate, York-based creative entrepreneur and event industry veteran Karen Sawyer has earned certification as an AI Consultant through the AI Innovision program led by global AI educator Alicia Lyttle.

Sawyer plans to help creative entrepreneurs and small business owners adopt AI tools responsibly and strategically through workshops, consulting, and educational programs designed to make artificial intelligence more accessible and practical for everyday business use.

With more than 22 years of experience in event production, creative services, and entrepreneurship, Sawyer understands the unique challenges small business owners face when navigating emerging technologies. Her approach focuses on helping business owners integrate AI in ways that support efficiency, marketing, automation, and growth while preserving the creativity and personal touch that define many small businesses.

Sawyer's training programs introduce practical ways AI can assist with tasks such as content creation, marketing strategy, workflow automation, and customer communication. Her workshops are designed specifically for creative professionals, service providers, and entrepreneurs who want to understand how AI can support their business without needing a technical background.

"AI isn't replacing creativity — it's amplifying it," said Sawyer. "My goal is to help creative entrepreneurs and small business owners understand how to use AI strategically so they can grow their businesses instead of feeling overwhelmed by the technology."

Sawyer recently hosted the founding pilot of her AI training workshop for creative entrepreneurs and is preparing to launch additional training opportunities and consulting services designed to help business owners implement AI in practical, responsible ways.

In addition to her new AI consulting work, Sawyer is the founder of several creative ventures including The Balloon Boutique, The Party Palooza, and Changing Faces 4 Fun, businesses that have served clients throughout Pennsylvania and beyond for more than two decades.
