PHILADELPHIA - PennZone -- The West Park Arts Fest returns for its 18th year on Saturday, June 13, 2026, transforming West Fairmount Park into a vibrant outdoor celebration of creativity, cultural diversity, and community.
Presented by West Park Cultural Center, this free, family-friendly festival runs from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on South Concourse Drive near the Please Touch Museum, welcoming visitors from across Philadelphia and the region for an afternoon filled with live music, dance, spoken word, artmaking, food, and hands-on activities for all ages.
Now entering its 18th year, the West Park Arts Fest has become a beloved Philadelphia cultural tradition, bringing together artists, community organizations, families, and performers in one of the city's most historic parks.
A Full Afternoon of Live Music and Performance
Music Mainstage - The festival kicks off with a dynamic performance by Kyo Daiko, presented by the Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia.

Showcase Stage - The Showcase Stage highlights the creativity of both emerging and seasoned performers, presenting a vibrant mix of dance, spoken word, and cultural performances.
Artmaking, Kids Activities, and Community Partners - Festivalgoers can explore a wide variety of interactive arts activities and family programming hosted by leading cultural and community organizations.
Historical Trolley Tour Through the Centennial District
Festival attendees can also step back in time with a Narrated Historical Trolley Tour led by local historian Kathy Lee. The one-hour guided tour begins at 2:00 p.m. and explores the Fairmount Park Centennial District, sharing stories from the Centennial Exposition and highlighting landmarks including the Shofuso Japanese House and Garden.
Art & Craft Marketplace and Food Vendors
The Art & Craft Marketplace is a key feature of the festival, showcasing local artists and makers selling handcrafted jewelry, artwork, textiles, and unique creations. Visitors can also enjoy a diverse lineup of food trucks, offering a variety of cuisines throughout the afternoon.
