Free Community Event Brings Healing, Awareness, and Empowerment to Families Across Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA - PennZone -- PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — April 23, 2026 — Imhotep Institute Charter High School will host the Awareness 2 Wellness Annual Wellness Fair on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., offering a dynamic, community-centered event dedicated to healing, empowerment, and connection.

Centered on the theme "Connecting Hearts, Inspiring Health," the wellness fair will bring together families, educators, community organizations, and advocates for a day of engagement, education, and support. The event will highlight wellness initiatives and raise awareness around intimate partner violence, while fostering unity and access to vital resources across the Philadelphia community.

As a leading force behind the initiative, Imhotep Institute Charter High School continues to demonstrate its commitment to serving not only students, but also families and the broader neighborhood. By hosting events like this, the school reinforces its role as a hub for community support, advocacy, and positive transformation.
