Edwards & Virginia Business Systems Announces Leadership Appointments

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - PennZone -- Edwards Business Systems (EBS) and Virginia Business Systems (VBS) have announced several leadership appointments to strengthen the company's operational leadership, financial strategy, and regional sales organization.

Mike Horvath Promoted to Vice President
Mike Horvath has been promoted to Vice President of Edwards Business Systems, where he will oversee EBS operations and support collaboration and growth across departments.

Horvath brings more than a decade of experience with Edwards Business Systems and has demonstrated a strong commitment to the company's core values and team development.

"I look forward to working closely with Mike in this expanded role," said Jim Dotter, President of Edwards Business Systems. "He embodies our core values and has been instrumental in our success."

Mike Dudrear Joins as Chief Financial Officer
EBS/VBS also welcomes Mike Dudrear as Chief Financial Officer.

Dudrear brings more than 20 years of finance and accounting leadership experience across investment banking, public accounting, and private equity-backed organizations. He previously served in leadership roles at Reprotech, Newcleus LLC, and Keeler USA.

Mark Slivka Named Regional Sales Director for Pennsylvania
Mark Slivka has joined Edwards Business Systems as Regional Sales Director for Pennsylvania.

Slivka returns to EBS after previously serving with the company for 14 years, specializing in Major Accounts within the healthcare market, where he was consistently recognized as a President's Club award winner.

"We are excited to welcome Mark back to Edwards Business Systems," the company said in a statement. "His industry knowledge and familiarity with our organization make him a tremendous asset."

EBS/VBS congratulates Horvath, Dudrear, and Slivka on their new roles and looks forward to their continued contributions to the company's growth and success.
