– Braxus Entertainment Group, a rapidly growing leader in event production and entertainment services, has officially acquired All Star Events, one of South Florida's most well-established event rental and entertainment companies. This strategic acquisition marks a significant expansion of Braxus's capabilities and solidifies its leadership across the region's event industry.

Founded in South Florida, Braxus Entertainment Group now owns and operates seven specialized event brands, offering a wide range of services including interactive attractions, event rentals, live entertainment, and full-scale event production. With the addition of All Star Events, Braxus strengthens its offerings in inflatables, carnival rides, petting zoos, school field days, and family-friendly community events.

Danny Moreira, a U.S. Army veteran and former Kohl's executive, took over as CEO of Braxus in January 2022. Under his leadership, the company has scaled to become one of Florida's most innovative event providers, with a growing presence in both corporate and community-based activations.
