BOYERTOWN, Pa. - PennZone -- Dave Graber, owner of Dave's Auto Services in Boyertown, PA, traveled to Nashville, Tennessee to attend a national conference for auto repair shop owners. Shop owners from all over the country came together to share ideas and learn new ways to serve their customers.

The conference covered a lot of ground. Shop owners heard how AI tools are starting to help repair shops work faster and smarter. They also learned about the newest features showing up in today's cars and trucks. Vehicles change every year, and shop owners need to keep learning so they can fix them right.

Customer trust was another big focus. Speakers talked about how shops can be more open with customers and build stronger relationships with the people who count on them.
