• Tuesday, September 22 | Session 9: Generative AI, Deepfakes, Open Source & AI Model IP Risk Management: He will speak and participate in discussion with a moderated panel and audience participation, covering legal, intellectual property, and security risk management frameworks for generative AI, deepfakes, and open-source models and the elimination of those harms through its patented, one-user-one-device, verified intelligence, technologies and ecosystem.
• Tuesday, September 22 | Closing Plenary: Winning the IP Battle: Strategic Litigation for Patents, Trademarks & Copyrights: This capstone panel will put focus directly on proactive, paradigm-changing infrastructure.
