CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - PennZone -- Transitions Healthcare, LLC, a leading healthcare organization, is thrilled to announce the acquisition of The Shook Home, a highly reputable senior care facility located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The new ownership took effect on Friday, December 1st, 2023.

As part of the acquisition, Transitions Healthcare will make substantial investments in The Shook Home to further enhance its facilities and expand the range of services offered. The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the community's lobby entrance located at 55 South 2nd Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201. Community members, stakeholders, and media are welcome to attend.
