Balyura brings more than a decade of experience in casting for film and television. She has cast over 100 projects including Switched at Birth (Freeform), Being Human (SYFY), Veronica Mars: The Movie, NBC's One Big Happy, and Seeds of Yesterday (Lifetime), as well as numerous feature films, commercials, and reality shows. She is a member of the Teamsters union and The Casting Society of America.

Born in Ukraine and raised in the U.S., Balyura began acting at an early age under the guidance of her father, a movie producer. Her career has evolved from performing to casting to coaching actors for high-stakes auditions—from Shark Tank to Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. Her track record speaks for itself, including helping her sister win investment on Shark Tank for their pet product, HeartPup.

Her new book from Kallisti Publishing, AN ACTOR'S GUIDE TO GETTING CAST IN HOLLYWOOD, is packed with practical insights, insider strategies, and audition room truths only a casting director can reveal. It is designed to help actors understand the industry from the other side of the table—and win the roles they deserve.
