Property managers can now order, track, and receive virtual rental inspections — with automated reports and invoices — without leaving Property Meld.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - PennZone -- Resident Inspect, a leader in virtual property inspection software, today announced an  API integration with Property Meld, now live within the Vendor Nexus Network. The integration allows property management companies to access professional, third-party rental property inspections directly within their existing workflow.

How It Works

From within a Meld, or "work order", property managers can assign, schedule, and monitor a Resident Inspect inspection in real time. Once complete, the platform automatically delivers:
  • A detailed, high-resolution inspection report
  • All supporting images, professionally documented
  • A finalized invoice — attached and submitted inside the Meld

No manual coordination. No platform-switching. One complete record inside Property Meld.

Professional Inspections, Not Resident Photos

Resident Inspect uses trained professionals — not residents — to conduct live, guided inspections via real-time video. Reports are generated immediately, with flexible scheduling available evenings and weekends. For large portfolios, the model scales without sacrificing consistency or accuracy.

"By connecting directly with Property Meld, we're eliminating friction and giving teams a faster, more reliable way to complete inspections — without compromising quality."

— Aaron Cooper, Founder, Resident Inspect

The integration is live now for all Property Meld users within the Vendor Nexus Network.

"Vendor Nexus aims to connect property managers with vetted, quality vendors in their area, including top inspection partners. Resident Inspect offers a reputable, tech-forward virtual inspection solution that will immediately benefit our customers. This partnership removes a barrier for expanding property management companies by connecting a trusted inspection partner directly into Property Meld, elevating the standard for maintenance and inspections."
