PITTSBURGH - PennZone -- Proving that "13" is anything but unlucky, Pollock Begg has been named a Tier One firm in Pittsburgh for family law and family law mediation by Best Law Firms for the 13^th consecutive year.

The 2024 rankings, announced today, recognize superiority and scope of knowledge in family law. Only 4% of law firms nationwide are considered for the prestigious Best Law Firms ranking. Pollock Begg has been a fixture in the rankings since the first edition published in 2010.

To be eligible, a firm must have at least one attorney who has received high enough peer-review ratings to be listed in the current edition of Best Lawyers. Earlier this year, a record-breaking 10 attorneys from the firm earned 2024 Best Lawyers recognition. Williams and Partners Todd M. Begg, Daniel H. Glasser, Stephanie L. Jablon, Candice L. Komar, David S. Pollock, Heather Trostle Smith and Brian C. Vertz each earned spots in the 2024 edition, along with Senior Associate Alexandra L. Kovalchick and Associate Meghan L. Zupancic.

Williams also was selected as 2024 Pittsburgh "Lawyer of the Year" for Family Law Arbitration and Komar received the same designation for Family Law Mediation. In addition, five of the firm's attorneys appeared on the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list. Morgan M. Bonekovic, Megan A. DelVecchio, Benjamin M. Lehman, Ashley M. Majorsky and Lindsay A. Nemit each received this distinction earmarked for attorneys who display excellence early in their career.
