Tooth extractions from DICE Dental are available in Springfield.

SPRINGFIELD, Pa. - PennZone -- Tooth extractions in Springfield are available to patients who are dealing with broken teeth and oral pain.

Extractions typically help those who may have a severe tooth infection that cannot be fixed with a simple filling or root canal.

By removing the tooth entirely, the patient will feel immediate relief.

"We save extractions for severe cases, particularly for situations where a root canal would actually do more harm than good," says Dr. Katie Alger, dentist at DICE Dental. "Then, we explore options like dental implants to help replace the extracted tooth."

At DICE Dental, Dr. Alger and her team can place an implant immediately following an extraction. A dental implant replaces a missing tooth root with a titanium screw and custom-made ceramic crown.

Simple extracts from DICE Dental start at $99. For A surgical extraction may be necessary for teeth that may have broken off at the gumline. Surgical extractions start at $149, and dental implants in Springfield start at $850.
