Timbrana is a construction project awareness platform designed to help general contractors, construction superintendents, and project managers stay informed, organized, and accountable across active construction projects.

PITTSBURGH - PennZone -- Construction projects generate constant activity. Subcontractors arrive or fail to show up, deliveries change, jobsite issues develop, RFIs need answers, change orders require approval, and important decisions happen through phone calls and conversations.

When that information is scattered across spreadsheets, emails, text messages, and individual notes, it becomes difficult to understand what happened, who is responsible, and what needs attention next.

Timbrana brings that information together in one connected project workflow.

Key Features:
  • Daily Construction Logs: Document jobsite activities, trade partner attendance, work performed, progress, and photos.
  • Construction Issue Tracking: Record field issues, assign responsibility, monitor next actions, and track issues through closure.
  • Task and Progress Tracking: Monitor active work, responsibilities, outstanding tasks, and project completion.
  • Request for Information (RFI) Management: Organize questions, reviews, responses, and related project activity.
  • Construction Change Orders: Track proposed changes, subcontractor pricing, reviews, and client decisions.
  • Project Communications: Maintain records of calls, discussions, decisions, and follow-up responsibilities.
  • Construction Event Tracking: Coordinate deliveries, inspections, subcontractor arrivals, and scheduled returns.
  • Connected Project Records: Link issues, tasks, RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and communications so teams can follow the history of a project item without searching multiple systems.
  • Client Project Visibility: Provide clients with a clearer view of project updates and items requiring their attention.

Unlike construction platforms focused primarily on accounting, estimating, or financial management, Timbrana emphasizes the day-to-day coordination required to keep construction projects moving.

The goal is to help teams answer important questions:
  • What happened on the jobsite?
  • What work is currently in progress?
  • What issues remain open?
  • Who is responsible for the next action?
  • What decisions or approvals are still needed?
  • What has changed since the last project update?

By connecting project activities with their related communications and responsibilities, Timbrana helps reduce information gaps and improve follow-through.

Who Timbrana Is For

Timbrana is designed for commercial general contractors, construction superintendents, project managers, and construction companies managing multiple trades and active jobsite operations.

Timbrana First Build Program

Timbrana is currently inviting a limited number of construction companies to participate in its 60-day First Build pilot program. The program gives selected contractors an opportunity to use the platform and provide feedback that helps shape its development.
