NEW YORK & PITTSBURGH - PennZone -- Talent Concierge Artists Agency announced today that it has formed a strategic partnership with the Northeast Division – Arby's to develop generative tools, services, and events for Beyond Labels Mental Health Movement. Ken Hannaman, Northeast Division Vice President – Arby's, will work closely with Connie Pheiff, Founder and Board Chair TCAA, to deliver the programs to the communities they serve.

What started as an independent corporate program has evolved into a global movement. TCAA's work goes beyond brand management and delivering world-class Talent to corporations and collegiate campuses. The agency was at a crossroads needing to understand the impact its deliverables have on organizations. Is it simply palatable tools that drive an organization's motivation, or is something else more profound leading to its growth?

The agency undertook a research project to explore those very questions. How do we make an impact? How do we make a difference? How do we work with the agency's Talent to deliver programs that not only meet but exceed the needs of world-class brands? Are we delivering on our ROI?

TCAA's research suggests the agency diverts more resources toward the ever-pertinent and imperative movements around mental health and wellness. Beyond Labels launches as TCAA's first mental health awareness campaign.

An industry-first fast-food chain and an entertainment agency have teamed up to bring awareness to this critical topic. The Beyond Labels Movement incorporates elements of the agency's creative Talent, who will deliver programs during in-person and virtual events. Professional speakers will work to de-mystify the stigma around mental health through the art of storytelling and their industry expertise. "I've always been attracted to the philanthropic work of helping others to succeed. With Arby's as our partner, we can deliver supportive programming and raise awareness of this issue in previously impossible ways. Arby's brand is forging a path forward to provide accessible resources to help individuals lead happier, healthier lives.  Ken Hannaman and Arby's team are the perfect choices to partner with during this incredibly inspiring time." Said Connie Pheiff.

"The safety and well-being of our team members is a top priority at Arby's. With the global challenges that workers worldwide have experienced over the last few years, helping ensure Arby's team members have access to mental health and wellness resources is more prevalent and relevant than ever," said Ken Hannaman, Northeast Division Vice President, Arby's. "We're excited to partner with TCAA to deliver on our promise of 'Making a Difference' in the communities we serve, which is critical in bringing Arby's cultural values to life."
