Ann brings more than 18 years of experience in marketing, communications, human resources, and talent development, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
In her new role, Ann will oversee the continued strategic growth of Solomon Eye Physicians & Surgeons, with a focus on enhancing the patient experience, improving process efficiency, and aligning team culture with the practice's commitment to innovation and excellence in eye care.

Prior to joining Solomon Eye, Ann served as Vice President of Marketing at Korn Ferry, where she led the marketing strategy for the firm's professional search and interim business lines, supporting clients across diverse industries and geographies. She is known for her ability to unlock the hidden potential of individuals and teams through better communication, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.
