SILVER SPRING, Md. - PennZone -- Friends in Solidarity will host SheRising: Voices of South Sudan on March 4, a free online webinar highlighting women's leadership, faith, and community life in South Sudan.
The webinar is open to supporters, faith communities, educators, and all who wish to learn more about how women are shaping peace and daily life through service and accompaniment. Through personal reflection and lived experience, SheRising invites participants to listen to voices rooted in faith, care, and hope.
The event will feature Mary Mindraa Jino Gama, a Catholic pastoral leader and youth organizer serving within the Archdiocese of Juba.
