Leading pest management company's footprint widens across Eastern and Middle Tennessee

READING, Pa. - PennZone -- Reading, Pa. – Rentokil Steritech, a Rentokil North America company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Russell's Pest Control of Knoxville, TN. The acquisition further expands Rentokil Steritech's footprint in the Tennessee market.

Russell's Pest Control was founded in 1971 and current owners, Mark and Vickie Nadolski took ownership in 2011 from Vickie's parents. The company provides residential and commercial pest control services to customers in the Eastern and Middle Tennessee markets. Russell's offers general pest control, termite, mosquito, bed bug, and encapsulation services and is QualityPro certified by the National Pest Management Association.

"With their people-focused approach to service, we felt an immediate fit with Mark and Vickie and their employees. We are excited to bring the Russell's team into our expanding family of pest management companies," said John Myers, President and CEO of Rentokil North America. "The Eastern and middle Tennessee markets' population growth brings an expanded need for world-class pest control service. We look forward to broadening the range of services we can offer to Russell's customers."

"In our quest for a partner, we employed a different strategy from most of our contemporaries. While a fit for core values seems to be at the top of most companies' wish list, we felt our core values to be 'baked in' and something that likely to survive. Our focus was looking for a partner who could provide an abundance of opportunities for both personal and professional advancement for our existing staff," said Mark Nadolski of the decision to sell to Rentokil Steritech. "We look forward to our retirement and the future successes of those who we have left to steer the ship."

PCO M&A Specialist, a division of PCO Bookkeepers, acted as exclusive financial advisor to Russell's Pest Control.
