The Atomic 25 Year Anniversary celebration pays homage to the groundbreaking club night at the legendary Metropol (R.I.P.) started by rave promoter House of Styles founder John Bromage and club night promoter 5 Star Productions' Dave Sanchez and Rob Grega. Starting in the summer of 1998, the long-running Thursday weekly that spanned genres including house, techno, breakbeats, trance & more was the first in Pittsburgh to consistently host the finest international, national & local talent including heavyweights Carl Cox, Derrick May, Christian Smith, Dave Angel, Mr. C & Josh Wink himself.
"We are thrilled to partner with Longturn Music and have Josh headline our Atomic 25 Year Anniversary event," says Bromage. "His influence on the electronic music landscape is immeasurable, and he encompasses everything Atomic represented both musically and with the genuinely positive vibes he emanates when he performs. We can't wait to share this milestone celebration with both our fans from back then and the newer generation of electronic music enthusiasts who follow Longturn Music."

Wink first played Pittsburgh in 1993 for whom many consider the founder of the rave scene there, hardcore DJ/producer/visual artist Deadly Buda at an event called Algorhythm 1. He returned to play Atomic and only a handful of other times since, so this is a long overdue performance from one of the greatest DJ technicians known making this a can't miss event.
