MADISON, Wis. - PennZone -- Empower Project is leading the country's largest and most successful paid relational organizing program to boost voter turnout in the 2024 Election, marking the first time in history that a campaign led by a nonprofit will have upwards of 10 million conversations through their personal relationships.
