Governor Tom Wolf signed into law House Bill 2418, which extends the sunset date for the Geospatial Coordinating Board by four years; and provides for the Treasury to submit a COVID-19 debt cost reduction review to the General Assembly. The bill also requires SERS/PSERS to provide annual baseline projections to the Independent Fiscal Office (IFO), and to provide information for actuarial notes to the IFO within 14 days of request.
