Oracle Striker (ORST)
MADRID - PennZone -- The Oracle Striker Foundation has announced plans for Oracle Striker (ORST), an innovative blockchain-based platform designed to enable fans to invest directly in professional football players' future earnings through tokenized Real World Assets (RWA).

The innovative platform aims to transform football fan predictions into tradable digital assets called Player Tokens ($ORST), representing contractual rights to specific percentages of young players' future commercial earnings, including transfer fees and image rights.

"We are developing a new financial primitive that bridges the gap between fan passion and tangible value creation in football," said Julian van der Berg, Executive Director of The Oracle Striker Foundation. "Our goal is to enable football supporters to transform their expertise into verifiable, tradable assets."

The planned platform will operate through a dual-token system: the $ORST governance token would provide platform access and voting rights, while individual Player Tokens ($ORST) would represent direct stakes in specific athletes' career trajectories. Initial Player Offerings (IPOs) are planned to launch through "The Oracle's Podium" platform, with initial focus on strategic partnerships in Spain's La Liga ecosystem.

Sofia Bianchi, Head of Football Operations and former AC Milan Director, stated: "This model aims to create new funding pathways for young talent while rewarding the community that forms football's foundation."

The Oracle Striker Foundation, structured as a global non-profit entity, has established partnerships with Spanish youth academies and sports law firms to ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. The platform features comprehensive legal frameworks designed to meet international securities regulations.

Initial operations will focus on Spain before expanding across Europe's "Big Five" leagues and eventually to South American and African talent markets. The $ORST token, with a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens, will enable governance participation and priority access to player IPOs.
