PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 19, 2024 ~ Philadelphia-based independent broker, Health & Benefits Partners, has recently been recognized for its remarkable growth and success in the insurance industry. The company has earned placement on three prestigious lists: the Inc. 5000 list, Philadelphia Business Journal's Philly Fast 50 list, and the Philadelphia100 Forum's Philadelphia100 list.

Founded and led by CEO Adam Peltzman for over 20 years, Health & Benefits Partners offers a range of individual and group health insurance and employee benefits services. In the past two years alone, the company has more than doubled its revenue and expanded its team, client base, services, and offices. Despite this rapid growth, Health & Benefits Partners has maintained an exceptional client retention rate.

Peltzman attributes the company's success to its team's dedication to integrity, communication, and finding solutions for clients. He stated, "These awards are a testament to our team's commitment to making insurance clear for people and organizations in this town we love and call home." He also emphasized their unbiased approach and haggle-free process as key factors in helping clients secure the right insurance plans for their needs and budgets.

In addition to being featured on the Inc. 5000 list this summer, Health & Benefits Partners was also recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of Greater Philadelphia's fastest-growing companies on their Philly Fast 50 list. To qualify for this list, companies must be headquartered in Greater Philadelphia, independently owned without a parent company, have sustained revenue growth from 2021-2023, and earned a minimum revenue of $750,000 in 2021. The selection process involved vetting by both the Business Journal editorial board and their accounting partner.

The company also made its first appearance on the Philadelphia100 Forum's Philadelphia100 list this year. This list highlights the fastest-growing privately held companies in the Philadelphia region.

As a result of these achievements, Health & Benefits Partners was featured in a special edition of the Philadelphia Business Journal. The company's success and growth serve as a testament to their commitment to providing top-notch services and solutions for their clients.
