Hollywood In Pixels' 7th Silver Pixel Awards Hollywood In Pixels
The non-profit, which celebrates the best and brightest of digital Hollywood,
will host its seventh awards ceremony on October 23rd, 2024.
Variety returns as the media sponsor for the sixth year in a row.

LOS ANGELES - PennZone -- Hollywood In Pixels has announced October 23rd, 2024 as the date for its Silver Pixel Awards VII, bringing together the digital Hollywood community to honor trailblazing executives and breakthrough campaigns that continue to innovate digital film marketing.

This year's Silver Pixel honoree is Tamar Teifeld, SVP of Global Digital Marketing at Paramount Pictures. She oversees all digital marketing campaigns across social, creative and media for the studio's Domestic, International and Home Entertainment marketing teams. During her eighteen-year tenure at Paramount, Teifeld has driven digital strategy on some of the studio's most successful film campaigns, including recent hits such as BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE, A QUIET PLACE, TOP GUN: MAVERICK, and the MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE, TRANSFORMERS, SMILE, and SONIC THE HEDGEHOG  franchises, among many other titles.

The Rising Pixel honoree is Yazmin Cazares, Senior Manager, Digital Marketing at The Walt Disney Studios. In her current role on the global digital marketing team, Yazmin helps manage worldwide campaigns for theatrical releases and episodic content across the Disney Studios portfolio theatrically and on Disney+ and Hulu. During her career she has worked on franchises including the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), AVATAR, STAR WARS, JURASSIC WORLD, and FAST & FURIOUS, to name just a few. Previous to this role, Cazares held positions at Universal and Focus Features.

JP Richards, President, Worldwide Marketing, Lionsgate, is the Visionary Pixel honoree. Richards' incredible career in theatrical marketing spans over 20 years and includes previous executive roles as Co-President of Global Marketing at Warner Bros. and SVP of Digital Marketing at Universal. The list of innovative and award-winning movie campaigns he has led include the DESPICABLE ME, FAST & FURIOUS, THE LEGO MOVIE, THE BOURNE and IT franchises, not to mention creative and box office successes JOKER, A STAR IS BORN, CRAZY RICH ASIANS and AQUAMAN. At Lionsgate, his most recent campaigns include JOHN WICK: CHAPTER FOUR, SAW X, and THE HUNGER GAMES: BALLAD OF SONGBIRDS AND SNAKES.

More campaigns will be inducted into the Silver Pixel Hall of Fame along with previous winners BARBIE, SCREAM VI, THE BOYS - SEASON 3, THE SUMMER I TURNED PRETTY - SEASON 1, INDEPENDENCE DAY, PARANORMAL ACTIVITY, THE SIMPSONS MOVIE, THE RING and FIGHT CLUB.

Founded in 2015, The Silver Pixel Awards honors innovative executives and groundbreaking campaigns that set a new path in the evolution of digital marketing. Attendees of The Silver Pixel Awards are over 300 of digital Hollywood's leaders - studio digital marketing executives, heads of digital entertainment creative agencies, as well as digital platforms and media.
