PHILADELPHIA, July 30, 2024 ~ Philadelphia-based law firm, Fulginiti Law, has recently secured a significant $2.3 million verdict with the help of its principals, Ken Fulginiti and Sarah Filippi Dooley. The case involved a 60-year-old day laborer who suffered a broken ankle after being struck by a pallet jack, resulting in an open reduction and internal fixation.
Despite facing strong liability, the plaintiff did not make any wage loss claims and had minimal treatment for his injuries. The trial was initially expected to last five days but was successfully completed in just two days.

Ken Fulginiti emphasized the personal and compassionate aspects of the case, stating that their client came from a large family of 17 children who grew up in a home without plumbing. He also mentioned that the plaintiff's wife is disabled and this verdict will provide them with financial stability and assistance around their home.
Sarah Filippi Dooley added that the trial was straightforward with no potential appellate issues. She expressed her satisfaction with the outcome of the case and how it will positively impact their client's life.
Fulginiti and Dooley, both experienced litigators, launched Fulginiti Law earlier this year. They are thrilled to add this recent victory to their long list of successful verdicts and settlements throughout their careers, which have amounted to hundreds of millions of dollars.
