Pope is a highly credible industry veteran with vast experience across the building technology spectrum, including smart buildings, digital workplace, IoT, energy, wireless and telecom. Widely recognized as a pioneer and visionary in the proptech space, we are excited to team with Darlene to broaden our impact in connected real estate and provide valuable content to the industry.

Darlene Pope is a Smart Building Industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, technology, and smart building consulting. Most recently, Pope served as Global Head of Smart Building Operations for WeWork, and was formerly EVP/Managing Director and Global Lead for JLL's smart building practice. Prior to JLL, Ms. Pope was the founder and CEO of CoR Advisors®, a woman-owned small business, specializing in smart buildings and technology consulting for commercial and corporate real estate. She also served as Managing Director and Partner at Realcomm and was the founder and Editor-in-Chief of the RealcommEDGE magazine. She is a globally recognized subject matter expert, author, and speaker on smart buildings, digital workplace, IoT, energy management, mobile applications, wireless solutions, DAS, and other real estate technologies.
