New capability automates Azure usage billing and reconciliation for Microsoft CSP partners transacting through TD SYNNEX.

RESTON, Va. - PennZone -- IOTAP Inc., creator of Work 365, the revenue and operations platform for Microsoft CSP partners, today announced automated Azure billing for partners transacting through TD SYNNEX. The capability is the newest capability to Work 365's TD SYNNEX integration for Microsoft Resellers.

With this integration, Work 365 gives partners who transact through TD SYNNEX automated Azure Billing to add to complement the existing automated experience for user and license based Subscriptions. As Microsoft's updated performance standards, including the $1M revenue threshold for direct CSPs, move more partners toward an indirect model, Work 365 meets them at that transition with the continuity, control, and operational maturity to keep scaling.

The New Piece: Automated Azure Billing Azure usage billing has been a manual and time-consuming parts of CSP operations sometimes limiting scale and growth opportunities for Partners and limiting experience for the end customers.

For partners transacting through TD SYNNEX using Stellr's comprehensive API, this process can be automated and provides the end customer and partners the flexibility, reporting and automation to help scale out their operations.

Why It Matters for CSP Partners A large and growing share of Biz Apps CSP partners buy through distributors like TD Synnex without the use of PSA system. By bringing billing automation Work 365 enables these partners to:
  • Automate Azure usage billing. Daily checks and automatic monthly provider-invoice retrieval replace manual file handling and the reconciliation gaps that quietly cost margin.
  • Run one connected operation. TD SYNNEX indirect and Microsoft direct-bill subscriptions, one catalog, multi-currency billing, and automatic reconciliation, all in a single platform.
"We are excited to bring this sort of innovation for the fast-growing Azure side of the business for the TD Synnex partners." said Ebrahim Nalwala, Co-founder of Work 365.

Availability Automated Azure billing for TD SYNNEX is available to eligible partners transacting through Stellr's Comprehensive APIs. Availability may vary based on region and partner configuration.
