After Developing Proven AI and Search Strategies Across His Own Growing Businesses

WAYNE, Pa. - PennZone -- After years of internal testing, measurable business growth, and real-world application across multiple successful companies, Brett Furman has officially launched Ranks Grow, an artificial intelligence and search marketing company designed to help businesses improve online visibility, strengthen digital authority, and generate measurable growth in an increasingly competitive online environment.

Unlike traditional marketing agencies built around outsourced services or generic digital solutions, Ranks Grow was built through years of direct testing inside businesses actively owned and operated by its founders, where consumer behavior, website performance, search visibility, lead generation, and emerging artificial intelligence technologies could be studied in real time.

The company evolved from a question Furman began asking several years ago: As technology changes the way consumers search for information, how can businesses position themselves to remain visible, trusted, and competitive in a rapidly evolving digital world?

That question led to years of testing search engine optimization, content strategy, website optimization, analytics, authority building, artificial intelligence visibility, and lead generation systems that began producing measurable results across multiple industries.

Furman brings more than 40 years of business and entrepreneurial experience to the company. Throughout his career, he has built multiple successful businesses spanning residential real estate, title insurance, real estate investment, consumer entertainment, and now digital marketing. He has represented more than 1,000 clients, facilitated over $350 million in real estate transactions, authored multiple books focused on home selling and business strategy, and has long been recognized for his ability to adapt early to changing market conditions and emerging technology.

Working alongside Furman throughout the development process was Samantha Baker, who has worked within Furman's organization for nearly a decade and now serves as Co-Founder of Ranks Grow.

Baker played a central role in branding, content development, website management, social media strategy, client communications, and operational systems that helped transform years of internal testing into what is now Ranks Grow.

Over time, Furman and Baker expanded testing across a portfolio of businesses operating in industries including real estate brokerage, title insurance, investment holdings, and consumer services. By studying how consumers search for information, evaluate businesses online, and ultimately make purchasing decisions, the team was able to identify repeatable strategies that consistently generated measurable growth regardless of industry.

"We never intended to build a marketing company," said Baker. "We were solving real business challenges inside businesses we were actively operating every day. As we watched website traffic grow, search visibility improve, and new opportunities emerge, we realized businesses everywhere were facing the exact same challenge. Most companies understand they need online visibility, but very few understand how rapidly consumer behavior is changing because of artificial intelligence."

Today, Ranks Grow operates with a specialized team focused on artificial intelligence strategy, search engine optimization, website optimization, content marketing, analytics, lead generation, and digital visibility management.

The results of the internal testing approach have been substantial.

During the most recent three-month growth period across Furman's operating businesses, organic website users increased by more than 171 percent, organic sessions grew more than 155 percent, and engaged website sessions rose by more than 137 percent.

Google search performance improved dramatically as well. Organic clicks increased from 2,070 to 5,540 while search impressions grew from 347,000 to more than 734,000. Search rankings improved across numerous targeted keywords, helping move high-value search terms significantly closer to first-page visibility.

Most importantly, those improvements translated into approximately 40 percent business growth during the strongest expansion period of Furman's four-decade career.

According to Furman, the success came from recognizing one of the most significant shifts in consumer behavior since the birth of the internet.

"Businesses are entering an entirely new era of online discovery," said Furman. "Consumers are no longer relying exclusively on traditional search engines. They are increasingly turning to artificial intelligence platforms to ask questions, compare options, and make decisions. Businesses that establish authority, consistently create valuable information, and position themselves as trusted experts will benefit tremendously from this shift."

While Ranks Grow represents an exciting new venture, Furman emphasized that the company exists because every strategy offered has already been successfully tested through real-world business application.

"We never want to recommend strategies based on theory alone," Furman added. "Everything we offer through Ranks Grow has first been tested inside businesses we actively operate ourselves. That gives us confidence that what we build for clients is designed around measurable performance, not assumptions."

Beyond his business ventures, Furman remains actively involved as a business owner, investor, published author, educator, and industry leader. He continues to lead educational initiatives including the ongoing ABC's of Senior Housing webinar series, helping homeowners better understand downsizing, estate planning, retirement housing options, and later-life housing transitions.
