Dr. Elizabeth A. Carter is a finance and performance improvement leader with over 25 years of corporate experience. As the CEO of AAPPEAL, LLC, she provides training, coaching, and keynote presentations on leadership, analytics, and performance. Dr. Carter holds a PhD in education, an MBA, and multiple professional certifications.
Peter E. Carter was a dedicated educator and advocate for equitable education. During his nearly four-decade career as a teacher, principal, and superintendent, he broke barriers and championed diversity in the academic space. His writings and leadership continue to inspire change. He passed away in 2023, leaving a legacy of commitment to education and equity.
