As the CEO of AAPPEAL, LLC, she provides training, coaching, and keynote presentations on leadership, analytics, and performance. Dr. Carter holds a PhD in education, an MBA, and multiple professional certifications.

Peter E. Carter was a dedicated educator and advocate for equitable education. During his nearly four-decade career as a teacher, principal, and superintendent, he broke barriers and championed diversity in the academic space. His writings and leadership continue to inspire change. He passed away in 2023, leaving a legacy of commitment to education and equity.
