LAS VEGAS - PennZone -- Today the DelMar Aerospace Board of Directors named a new Interim President, Matt Doan, to lead the Company effective immediately.  Matt takes over the position from Eric Mathewson.  Stan Springer (Chief Operating Officer) and Tom Atkins (Chief Finance Officer / VP of Operations) will remain with DelMar in their current positions.

In addition to being an aerospace engineer, Matt is a very experienced businessman and entrepreneur who owns and runs several other companies to include DeepTrend and DeepTrend Storage Solutions in Texas and Louisiana.  While building these successful firms, he amassed over 27 years of experience providing logistics and niche engineering consulting services as well as manufacturing components for the oil and gas industry.  DelMar Aerospace will leverage his proven ability to build and mature high-tech start-ups in the services industry to facilitate the next phase of the Company's growth.

Leveraging its team of over 30 employees, DelMar Aerospace's is focused on delivering second-to-none customer service coupled with continuous process improvement.  In the near term, DelMar will expand its service offerings to include global logistics, mobility solutions, and aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities.
