CLEVELAND, Texas - PennZone -- Colony Ridge Communities brought families together this past Saturday (03/21/2026) for a lively and memorable Soccer Season Kickoff Event, welcoming residents and guests for an afternoon filled with games, prizes, and community connection.

Interactive Games & Exciting Prizes

The event officially kicked off at 2 PM, with families arriving early and children eager to participate. Each child received a game card to visit different soccer-themed activity stations, where they completed fun challenges and earned stamps along the way.

After completing all stations, participants entered a raffle for a chance to win prizes such as:

In addition to the organized activities, kids enjoyed playing with oversized soccer balls, adding even more excitement and energy to the event.

Community Vendors, Treats & Entertainment

Families also had the opportunity to explore a variety of local vendors, including small businesses and community organizations such as Community Health Choice and Princess House.

With warm temperatures throughout the afternoon, the Kona Ice truck was a highlight from 2 PM to 5 PM, offering refreshing treats that helped keep everyone cool and comfortable while enjoying the festivities.

From the start of the event, the space was filled with laughter, activity, and families spending quality time together. Colony Ridge CEOs John and Trey Harris were also in attendance, showing their support and engaging with families throughout the event.
