The renovation, which unfolded in two phases with the second phase completed earlier this year, has transformed the commercial space purchased by owners Erika and Juile in 2021 into a true oasis of creativity. The studio now boasts an array of features designed to enhance productivity, foster collaboration, and spark innovation.

The goal of the studio renovation was to deeply reflect Rhode Island's charming and timeless aesthetic, blending coastal elegance with historical richness. In line with Cedar House Design Collective's commitment to sustainability, the renovation incorporates numerous green elements. These include energy-efficient lighting and climate control systems, reduced plastic use with Zipwater, and the addition of air-purifying indoor plants.
