Shaw 3 Law Firm
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - PennZone -- Walter Shaw, is a California CPS/DCFS Defense Attorney in southern California and the founding attorney of Shaw 3 Law Firm (S3LF). He and his firm has continued to pave the positive way in protecting families parental rights.

Attorney Shaw and his Social Media Presence has been very beneficial to the community at large. His information helped thousands of parents understand what they need to do to protect their parental rights when dealing with CPS/ DCFS. But most importantly, the ability to reach out to Mr. Shaw for legal assistance has been valuable too many parents.

Often times when a client (Parent, relative, and/or foster parent) is being accused of either abused or neglect by the CPS/DCFS, the only typical available attorney provided to the clients are Court Appointed counsels. It is very difficult for clients such as parents to find a CPS Defense Attorney they feel will look out for their best interest. Cases in the realm of Juvenile Dependency is unique in itself. Only a handful of attorneys in the state of California, let alone the local community of San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Los Angeles County, Orange County and other counties practice it. Luckily, Mr. Shaw and his firm are the few to help parents keep their parental rights.

The field of Juvenile Dependency/CPS law is so unique and specific that finding lawyers, let alone a qualified Juvenile Dependency/CPS Defense lawyer can make it very difficult for a client whom has little to no knowledge what is going on. And when clients sometimes do find a lawyer to take on their case, the lawyer can often times not be entirely qualified.

Clients such as parents whom are alleged victims in their CPS/DCFS case should be given greater legal options as it relates to legal representation.

Mr. Shaw and his firm believes providing simple content is his secret to continue to help parents understand on how to protect their parental rights.
