PHILADELPHIA - PennZone -- ALLY Construction Services announced that Brian Keenan has joined the firm as Director of Business Development, where he will support strategic growth and client relationships across the Mid‑Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Keenan brings more than 20 years of experience in construction management and business development, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical and life sciences, industrial, corporate facilities, and technically complex environments. His background includes collaborating closely with owners, facilities, engineering, and real estate teams to support early planning, budgeting, and execution strategies in regulated and mission‑critical settings.

Throughout his career, Keenan has supported manufacturing, R&D, laboratory, and campus environments, as well as capital improvement programs, infrastructure upgrades, and multi‑site portfolios. He is known for his collaborative, front‑end approach—helping clients align scope, schedule, budget, and delivery strategy early in the process to reduce risk and improve outcomes.

In his role at ALLY, Keenan is responsible for relationship development, market expansion, and strategic account engagement, with an emphasis on long‑term client partnerships. He bands closely together with ALLY's executive leadership, preconstruction, and project teams to support pursuit strategy, proposal development, and early project planning—ensuring continuity from initial engagement through project execution.

Keenan holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Bloomsburg University and maintains multiple professional and safety certifications, including OSHA credentials. He is an active member of industry organizations such as ISPE and NAIOP.
