HomeCentris Healthcare, LLC
OWINGS MILLS, Md. - PennZone -- HomeCentris Healthcare, LLC ("HomeCentris"), a leading provider of personal care services and Medicare-certified home health, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the operating businesses of S&K Holdings, Inc. ("S&K"), a multi-state provider of personal care services in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including approvals from applicable state Departments of Health.

This acquisition represents a significant milestone for HomeCentris and materially expands its geographic footprint and operational scale across the Mid‑Atlantic region. Upon closing, the combined organization will operate across a contiguous, high-density service area, strengthening its position as a leading partner to managed care organizations, referral networks, and healthcare systems.

S&K brings a well-established platform of personal care services, complementary to HomeCentris' existing personal care and Medicare-certified home health operations. The combination enhances HomeCentris' ability to provide a broader continuum of in-home care services across multiple markets, supporting patients with both long-term personal care and skilled home health needs.

"I've known Steve and Kym for some time.  I have always respected the platform they've built and the quality their teams deliver. We're excited to partner with them and bring our organizations together. The combined geography is particularly compelling — it allows us to expand our footprint across the Mid-Atlantic with minimal overlap, while providing the scale needed to consolidate back-office functions and leverage operational efficiencies.  We believe this positions HomeCentris to continue building a strong, regionally dominant platform across personal care and home health."
— Matt Auman, CEO, HomeCentris Healthcare

"We've been thoughtful about finding the right partner for S&K, and HomeCentris stood out given their reputation, operational strength, and commitment to quality care. We are excited to work with Matt and the HomeCentris team as we combine our organizations. We believe the combined platform creates a compelling opportunity to deliver more value to our MCO partners and other payors by leveraging our expanded geographic reach, shared capabilities, and scale."

  • Expanded coverage across key Mid‑Atlantic markets, including Pennsylvania and New Jersey,
  • Increased patient capacity and access across multiple payer channels,
  • Enhanced alignment with managed care organizations through broader regional presence,
  • The ability to leverage shared infrastructure and clinical capabilities across personal care and home health,
With a complementary service mix and expanded geographic reach, HomeCentris is positioned to drive continued organic and acquisitive growth, deepen payer partnerships, and further establish itself as a leading regional provider of home-based care services.
