Pichini and Daniel S. Weinstock. Only 5 percent of lawyers in private practice in the United States were selected for inclusion in this 30th Edition of Best Lawyers in America.

The Feldman Shepherd attorneys were recognized for their work on behalf of plaintiffs in mass tort litigation/class actions, personal injury litigation, medical malpractice law, and product liability litigation.

Pichini additionally was selected as "Lawyer of the Year" for plaintiffs' medical malpractice law. "Lawyer of the Year" is bestowed to only one lawyer with high marks from their peers in their practice area and region.
