With a track record spanning venture creation, capital strategy, and successful exits, she brings a blend of operational depth and emotional intelligence that strengthens STS's mission of delivering Extraordinary Exits™ for founder-led and mid-market companies.

Yasmine began her career driving innovation strategy and stakeholder engagement in highly regulated sectors such as healthcare and gaming. Her unique foundation as a psychotherapist enables her to navigate the human dynamics that often define complex transactions, bridging the emotional and interpersonal gaps that arise in high-stakes negotiations.

As founder and CEO of Striven Consulting, Yasmine led the firm through fourfold growth before its acquisition by Deloitte, where she continues to serve as a Senior Advisor in the Omnia practice. She has also co-founded and led several ventures developing a deep understanding of operational challenges and value creation across a variety of industries.

Her later-stage focus on impact and capital strategy led her to found Sama Impact Ventures, a data- and AI-driven advisory firm for social-sector startups, and to serve as Managing Partner at Ignite Impact Partners, a women-led $30M climate fund. Yasmine has worked with Fortune 500s, sovereign funds, and high-growth startups alike, aligning business models with investment strategies and measurable outcomes across sectors ranging from healthcare and gaming to climate, real estate, and AI.
