Acclaimed CMO, global agency leader, and KPMG executive joins EMBER to scale and accelerate adoption, as the only platform scientifically proven to successfully connect employees, brands, and revenue

NEW YORK - PennZone -- EMBER™, the company behind the scientific breakthrough of Collective Organizational Identification (COI™), today announced that Bret Sanford-Chung has joined its Board of Directors. Sanford-Chung, widely recognized as one of the foremost and most influential leaders in modern global marketing, comes to EMBER with a track record of transforming brands, building organizations, and advising senior executives at the highest levels.

Most recently at KPMG, Sanford-Chung was Managing Director and Marketing Operations Consulting Lead for CMOs, driving large-scale operating model, strategic, and technology transformations. She has also served as Executive Partner at Forrester Research, advising CMOs, CDOs, and CEOs across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. As Chief Marketing Officer of Smith Barney, she relaunched the brand into a modern financial services contender. Earlier in her career, she led the agency team that created HSBC's global "Values" campaign. This was work so iconic it became part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art.

"What EMBER has achieved with COI™ is one of the most powerful innovations I've seen in workforce science; finally giving marketers and C-suite leaders a standardized way to connect employee identity directly to business growth," said Sanford-Chung. "As both a former CMO and a longtime advisor to global executives, I know how critical this breakthrough is for leaders navigating growth today. I am thrilled to join EMBER's board and to help fuel its next chapter of growth as more organizations realize this is not just a measurement system; it's a new language for how brands and businesses thrive."
