BETHLEHEM, Pa. - PennZone -- G Adventures marked its 35th anniversary and hosted their 3rd GX World Community Tourism Summit in Amman, Jordan. This event brought together over 700 attendees from around the globe, including travel advisors, partners, suppliers, media and travelers. This milestone event also coincided with World Tourism Day.

Attendees also traveled to the desert of Wadi Rum, The Dead Sea, and highlighted by visiting the amazing Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.

The summit was highlighted by G Adventures and National Geographic Expeditions announcing their new venture into the high-end travel market with the launch of National Geographic Signature with G Adventures.  Additionally, Planeterra announced that they have raised over $650,000 to continue its work with communities that are part of G Adventures tours.
