The Lancaster County Firemen's Association (LCFA) will host the 51st Annual FIRE EXPO on Friday, May 19, and Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 10 am - 5 pm at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg, PA.
LANCASTER, Pa. - PennZone -- The Lancaster County Firemen's Association (LCFA) will host the 51st Annual FIRE EXPO on Friday, May 19, and Saturday, May 20, 2023, from 10 am - 5 pm at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg, PA. FIRE EXPO will showcase more than 450 emergency service exhibits featuring the world's leading manufacturers of fire, emergency medical services (EMS), rescue, and public safety equipment.
"Attendees can expect to see the latest innovations in firefighting equipment, apparatus, education, training, health safety and overall emergency response," said Larry Miller FIRE EXPO Chair and Board Member for LCFA. "This annual event is anticipated by attendees all year long."

FIRE EXPO will welcome speaker, Chief John Salka (ret.), a 40-plus year fire service veteran who served with the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) for over 33 years. Allentown Fire & EMS and Lehigh County Special Operations will present on Technical Rescue: Allentown Trench Rescue Presentation. Live demos, trainings and educational opportunities will be available throughout both days. Attendees will have a chance to win $100 gift cards each day and satisfy their appetite with a variety of concessions, including the famous PA Dairymen's Association milkshakes.
"The organization works all year in preparation to host this special event for the community, fire, and emergency services providers," said Jacque Creamer, FIRE EXPO Co-Chair, "We are happy to offer a place for review of new equipment and vehicles, education, information sharing, and networking that benefits all."
LCFA was organized in 1921 and chartered May 26, 1923, in Lancaster County, PA. LCFA currently has 89 Lancaster County Emergency Service Organizations as members and over 1,000 individual members. LCFA provides professional development training and education, maintains a fire school, operates a Fire Safety Trailer for public fire education, and publishes the Pennsylvania Fireman. The association currently supports the design and construction of a Lancaster County Line of Duty Death Memorial at the County Public Safety Training Center for Fire, Law Enforcement and EMS personnel who gave their life in the line of duty in Lancaster County.
