HANOVER, Pa. - PennZone -- Hanover, Pennsylvania - Eichelberger Performing Arts Center is proud to announce six youth summer camps centered on the performing arts. These weeklong programs are designed to inspire creativity, allowing young participants to explore new musical interests or further develop their existing passions.
Four theater camps will be led by Jessica Staub and the team from Acts of Kindness Theatre Co., offering a creative and engaging experience for young participants. All theater camps are open to children ages 7 through 15 who have completed first grade. The camps provide hands-on opportunities to design props, create crafts, and develop essential performance skills. The program ends with a free live showcase, where family and friends are invited to enjoy a theatrical performance highlighting what participants have learned. These camps include:
Two camps focused on musical instrument performance will be led by Larry Kuntz, Music Director of the Hanover Symphony Orchestra. Musical camps are designed for instrumentalists entering grades 6 through 10 in fall 2026. These new programs offer students the opportunity to perform in both a summer camp orchestra and chamber ensembles. Participants will also benefit from instrument masterclasses led by orchestra members, ear-training sessions, small-group musicianship instruction, and individualized technique coaching. Each camp concludes with a free live performance for family and friends, showcasing the skills and progress achieved throughout the week. Camps include:

- Disney's Frozen Kids, July 27th - July 31st, 9 AM - 3 PM
- School of Music and Wizardry, June 15th - June 19th, 9 AM - 3 PM
- Broadway Bound Bootcamp, July 13th - July 17th, 9 AM - 3 PM
