Jensen, CPA of Woolston Consulting Group, LLC (WCG) are pleased to announce a recent merger with the Red Bank based accounting and consulting team led by William C. McNamara, CPA, CCIFP®. Through this merger with McNamara's team, WCG has successfully expanded its exemplary accounting and consulting services for existing personal and business clients, while welcoming the new clients that will join the firm through McNamara's team. This new partnership, Woolston, Jensen, & McNamara, LLC (WJM), will continue the firm's dedication to providing its clients with exceptional professional, personalized services, as well as expanding its guidance in a wide range of financial and business needs.

According to Mr. Woolston, the growth of his firm through the merger has solidified his commitment to his clients and the firm's dedication to continuing its rich history of top-notch tax and consulting services for personal and business clients in the mid-Atlantic region. "The synergies between our two firms make this the perfect partnership going forward. Ms. Jensen has over 35 years of accounting experience and specializes in a broad spectrum of tax assistance and compliance including expert tax preparation, proactive tax analysis, and year-round tax planning. She has been a dedicated member of the firm since 2006.

With extensive experience in family business accounting and consulting, Mr. McNamara and his team bring proven leadership in client relations and business development. These additional skills complement the Woolston team's areas of expertise for a well-rounded approach for all clients. McNamara's team, which includes Kevin P. Donovan, CPA, CCIFP®, as well as other key members, will continue to provide strategic value-added services beyond an organization's compliance requirements and is widely known in the mid-Atlantic region for their concentrated experience in the architect, engineering, and contracting industries.
