Helping Couples Improve their Financial, Romantic, and Personal Lives
YORK, Pa. - PennZone -- The Mason's just launched their book "MONEY TALK$: Uncut Convos With Power Couples About Love, Money & Entrepreneurship" and they are hosting a four-day conference with over two dozen other married Black entrepreneur couples to network and share their knowledge.
This year has shown that the "stability" provided by a 9-5 job can fall apart in the face of a global pandemic. This has been especially true for the Black community, with stressors coming from all sides: socioeconomically, racially, and emotionally. Allow the community created by The Real Connected Company to be your respite. For those who are active entrepreneurs looking to take the leap of faith or learn more about entrepreneurship in a friendly environment - this is the event for you.
Constance and Anthony Mason are a Pennsylvania based couple who have been together for twenty-one years and married fifteen years. Constance is a financial expert and CEO of Concierge Financial Group. Anthony is a veteran and a retiree. Together they are the co-founders of The Real Connected Co., LLC.

Their impetus for writing their book and holding the conference is to inspire fellow Black people to be intentional about communal dialogues about finances, relationships, business, health & wellness, mental health, politics, education & child-rearing, spirituality, and other means of advancing the community. Creating an environment in which solutions are created "for us and by us."
The virtual conference called "Let's Keep It REAL Conference: REAL Talk to Power Up Your 2021" will be held over a four-day span starting on Feb. 21, 2021, and concluding on March 14, 2021. Those in attendance will be met by an all-Black team of 48 co-authors of the book, a copy of the said book included with their pre-sale ticket purchase, 2 co-hosts, 2 featured speakers, 2 comedians, and a DJ. With over 400 confirmed attendees (and counting), this is a hot ticket, and an event one has to be there to experience. While the Covid-19 has the event functioning virtually, for now, any openings or restrictions being lifted will allow for a socially distanced in-person conference.
The event is made unique by the individual stories of the 24 couples, the variety of their backgrounds, the culmination of all their knowledge in the book, and the chance to network with all of them. All of the couples volunteered their time for the event. There are 3 pastor couples, six veterans, a same-sex couple, IT technicians, law enforcement, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, authors, poets, etc.

"They are all married, positive entrepreneurs who have weathered storms and have come out of the other side with sound advice they learned through their experiences," said Constance. "It feels amazing, to say the least."
"I feel a great sense of fulfillment," said Anthony.
