MANHATTAN, N.Y. - PennZone -- Palazzo, an AI-powered home visualization tool co-founded by Venus Williams, proudly announces its official launch out of beta. This milestone is highlighted by the release of updated design features, the ability to virtually stage homes, and the upcoming mobile app. Simultaneously, Palazzo announces a strategic and exclusive paint partnership with HGTV Home® by Sherwin-Williams to integrate their 2025 Color Collection of the Year Naturally Refined into Palazzo's design tools.

"Since our successful launch into beta, Palazzo has made tremendous progress, and I'm excited to see this innovative technology continue to improve and evolve over time. Visualization in home design is a game-changer, and our partnership with HGSW will allow us to push boundaries and set a new standard in this space." said Venus Williams.

Palazzo now allows users to visualize the Naturally Refined Color Collection in their spaces before purchasing paint for their home. Users can upload a photo of any space and Palazzo will provide a realistic redesign allowing users to see HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams paint colors in their space, allowing them to test colors before committing, or design around the aesthetic of the Color Collection.

"HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams Color Collections make design simple and help consumers easily create a cohesive look in any space at home. Partnering with Palazzo is a natural extension of our brand's goal in helping people understand how to pair colors together to achieve their ideal home aesthetic while easily bringing their creative visions to life," said Ashley Banbury, color marketing manager at HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams.

With this launch, Palazzo introduces several key features and upgrades:
  • Virtual Staging for Real Estate: Tailored for real estate professionals, Palazzo Pro  transforms empty or outdated rooms into fully furnished, stylish spaces, providing a realistic preview of potential home designs.
  • HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams Exclusivity: HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams is the exclusive paint partner for Palazzo's partner visualization platform, featuring the brand's 2025 Color Collection of the Year, Naturally Refined, with expanded access to additional Color Collections by mid-August.
  • Mobile App: The upcoming Palazzo mobile app offers users the flexibility to design and visualize spaces on-the-go, bringing convenience and ease to the home design process. The app is expected to be available for download in August 2024.
  • Enhanced User Experience: A revamped user interface ensures a smoother, more intuitive design experience to help users easily create beautiful spaces.

"As we exit our beta phase and roll out our mobile app along with advanced virtual staging tools, Palazzo is reshaping the landscape of home visualization. These tools are designed not just for homeowners but are especially transformative for the real estate industry, providing agents and clients alike the ability to instantly envision and modify spaces. I am thrilled to steer our team as we push the boundaries of what's possible, enhancing how properties are presented and perceived in the market." said Raffi Holzer, Co-Founder of Palazzo.
