"I'm excited to take things from good to great," said Snyder. "I hope to build the culture and the educational platform - one where we continue to provide a family atmosphere and increase growth and development."

David Synder has worked in real estate for over 20 years. His real estate team, Center City Listings, is one of the top teams in all of Philadelphia, selling over $200M per year in real estate. David has also been involved in development and will provide the location for the new KW Philly headquarters to be completed in 18 to 24 months.

It will provide a new modern professional environment with more private offices, more conference rooms, and flex space for interactions. There will be more space for growing teams as well as our ancillary services. GCA Insurance & Financial Services will relocate their office to the brokerage to join Great American Abstract and Center City Mortgage and Investments.
