"I know David has incredible ideas for the future of KW Philly. He will continue our reputation of being the number one brokerage in Philadelphia, honor our legacy and traditions, as well as implement fresh initiatives in order to help our agents continue to achieve massive levels of success," said Ostroff.

The new KW Philly headquarters, scheduled to begin construction this Fall at 725 South Broad Street, will be 25,000+ square feet and five levels. It will provide a new modern professional environment with more private offices, more conference rooms, and flex space for interactions. There will be more space for growing teams as well as our ancillary services. GCA Insurance & Financial Services will relocate their office to the brokerage to join Great American Abstract and Center City Mortgage and Investments.
