Tom Londres & Rod Castan outside new Miami office Metro Commercial
With a new Miami office and continued growth, Metro will offer its extensive menu of retail real estate services throughout the state of Florida

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. - PennZone -- Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (Metro), one of the nation's leading full-service, retail real estate services firms, today announced its expanded footprint into Florida with the opening of a new office in Miami. Metro's team of experienced retail brokers will offer tenant, property management, lender, landlord, investment, and development services throughout the state. This is Metro's third office, with others located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Metro hired nationally recognized commercial and retail real estate leader Rod Castan, who will serve as a Principal at Metro where he will lead the new Florida office and add additional retail real estate professionals to the team.

"Metro Commercial has a rich history of providing tenant and landlord services to our retail clients looking to build a presence in Florida, and we are thrilled to expand our capabilities here with a new address and boots on the ground," commented Tom Londres, Chief Executive Officer and Principal. "Florida's tremendous residential growth has presented us with the perfect opportunity to grow our base and diversify from the Northeast. With Rod's solid, experienced leadership and a talented local team, we now have the ability to reach even more clients that can benefit from our extensive offerings, first in Florida and continuing on a national level."

Our new partnership will allow us to work together to grow this business in Florida and serve a real need in these growing communities. The integrity of the personnel and the fun, collaborative approach of Metro was a huge factor in making the decision to join the team."

Metro will also focus on providing leasing, management, and development services for a variety of new ground-up retail and mixed-use properties under development throughout the state of Florida
