MBCEA Has Released a New Mobile App

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - PennZone -- www.mbcea.org - The Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA) has released a mobile app for Apple and Android phones. The new app enables members to access all the member benefits available on the MBCEA website and directly communicate with other members. It is available for free download in the Apple App Store and via Google Play.

"We are excited to offer the MBCEA app as another benefit to our members," says Sasha Demyan, MBCEA Executive Director. "It makes keeping up with the latest association and industry news as easy as opening your phone. And it now allows members to immediately message other members and start discussions on issues they need assistance with. We're looking forward to using the app for all things conference as well!"

The main screen of the app displays the association's News Feed. This provides important announcements, industry events, MBCEA member and chapter programs, crew announcements and more. In addition to the News Feed, the app has the following:

It provides free and discounted training, information and help with AC478 accreditation, career resources, the Annual Conference and much more. The MBCEA was formed in 1968 to serve the needs and support the interests of metal building contractors and erectors. It has 3 main goals:
  • Education: To provide programs and venues that enhance education opportunities for metal building contractors and erectors.
  • Image Enhancement: To develop programs to enhance the image of metal building contractors and erectors, and the metal building industry.
  • Grassroots Support: To develop and maintain programs specifically designed to support and respond to the needs of the grassroots membership of the MBCEA.
